个人简介

北京大学医学遗传学系，讲师。流行病与卫生统计学博士，医学遗传学硕士。1999年7月毕业于中南大学湘雅医学院临床专业（原湖南医科大学），毕业后从事临床儿科工作。工作中曾遇到遗传病患儿，后转协和医科大学基础研究所医学遗传专业和北京大学公共卫生学院流行病和卫生统计学，先后获医学遗传学硕士和流行病与卫生统计学博士学位。

毕业后一直在北京大学医学遗传系工作。长期从事医学遗传学教学工作。辅助研究生课程—细胞遗传学研究方法及技术课的教学及排课。协助北京大学第三医院生殖中心产前诊断部分验证工作。期间在美国佛罗里达州立大学 FAMU-FSU 工程学院 化学与生物医学工程系做访问学者，学习单细胞生物技术。在2015年国自然青年基金资助下，通过一个糖尿病大家系全基因测序及家系分析，发现了一个可能导致II型糖尿病的致病基因，并构建了相应的Knockin和Knockout 小鼠模型，研究其致病机制。
